Vintage clothing dig boxes, accessories and housewares at this historic Stockport factory


The Norah Store in Stockport started life as an online platform to discover charming and independent brands, designers and manufacturers, not only in Manchester, but also around the world.

Since its creation, Founder Elizabeth Morganalongside his small team focused on a community of small, slow, female-led and sustainable businesses to provide shoppers with a refined and planet-friendly experience.

Tomorrow, the store will open its studio space in Stockport for a single day from 12 p.m. to 5 that customers can purchase all of its splendid products up close and in person.

You can expect all the cult brands from The Norah Store, alongside ‘vintage treasure dig boxes‘ for £5 and £10 a piece and a chance to sample the store’s new skincare range.

There will also be a large discount rail with brands such as house of the sun, find me now and charges more at a fraction of the original price.

The new collection of the store of Arthur Clothing will be available for sale, composed of Glorified daywear demonstrating the meeting of androgynous cuts and feminine fabrics. You will also find ceramic, accessories, shoes and hand bags brands that are usually hard to find in stores.

The Norah store is located in Stockport’s Vernon Millnot far from the infamous Underbank, where you will also find a host of independent shops, as well as good local food and drink.

The tastes of Top of the city vintage, Rare Magazines, yellow hammer and The Good Rebel all reside around the corner from where The Norah Store is located – so you can make a big day out of it exploring all that Stockport has to offer.

The studio will be open from 12pm to 5pm tomorrow, where you will also have the chance to meet the wonderful team behind The Norah Store who will be on hand to talk about the products and answer all your questions about the brands and products on offer.
